中医学专业(“5+3”一体化)中医经典课程“三段式”教学模式探究 被引量:6

摘要 为落实中医学"5+3"一体化拔尖创新人才的培养需求,提出了中医经典课程"三段式"教学改革模式。在"基础-提高-创新"螺旋发展的理念下,将夯实课程"三基"、强化临床运用、提升科研思维作为阶段性目标。其中,基础阶段借助"基础理论联结化""重点原文形象化""辨证模式逻辑化""病证特征现代化"及"病-证-方对比化"的思路执行;提高阶段依托古今医案库、"真实世界"医案、跟师见习等举措开展;创新阶段瞄准不同研究方向,突出利用"工作坊"方式进行主题讨论。同时,对不同阶段学生所适用的评价方式进行探讨。"三段式"教学模式的提出,与拔尖创新人才成长规律的宏观培养要求相一致;与山西中医药大学5个"贯穿"所坚持的特色培养方案相一致;与多元教学法中"融会贯通"的核心理念相一致,具有较好的可行性。 In order to fulfill the objective of cultivating top innovative talents in the 5+3 TCM program,we implemented a"three-stage"teaching reform mode into the courses of TCM classics.Under the concept of the spiral development of foundation-improvement-innovation,the three-stage teaching reform mode consolidated the three bases of the course,strengthened clinical application and improved scientific research thinking as the stage goal.In the foundation stage,the basic theory was connected.The main ideas of the original text are to visualize the pattern of syndrome differentiation and logicalize the modernization of the characteristics of disease syndrome and to compare disease syndrome with prescription.The improvement stage is carried out by relying on real world medical cases and apprentices of ancient and modern medical cases database.The innovation stage aims at different research directions,highlighting the use of workshops for topic discussion.At the same time,the three-stage teaching mode is proposed to discuss the evaluation methods applicable to students in different stages,which is consistent with the macro training requirements of the growth of top innovative talents.It is consistent with the characteristic training program of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is consistent with the core concept of comprehensive teaching method.This"three-stage"teaching mode is feasible.
