中医药院校“五层三性”创业教育体系构建——以广州中医药大学为例 被引量:4

Construction of“five-level and three-feature”entrepreneurship education system in TCM colleges and universities:Taking Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine as an example

摘要 创业教育体系建设,是助推新医科创新型复合型人才培养的关键一环。当前中医药院校创业教育面临着起步晚、基础薄弱和体系性差的现状,尤其是课程建设不完备。对中医药院校教育进行了文献研究和问卷调研,从基本环境、课程体系、师资标准、考核方式和课程评估5个层面,探讨新时代中医药院校创业教育课程体系的构建。在基本环境层,实现国家宏观性、院校联盟中观性和高校自身微观性相结合;在课程体系层,实现医药健康特色性、专创融合的立体性和以生为本的主体性;在师资培养层,实现内部培养成长性、外部师资资源引入性和"双师型"融合性;在教学考核层,注重多元性、过程性和增值性的考核;在课程评估层,以一流课程"金课"的标准,将创新性、高阶性和挑战性作为主要评估指标。通过探索构建中医药院校创业教育建设体系,为推动我国中医药院校创新创业教育发展提供参考借鉴。 The construction of entrepreneurship education system in TCM colleges and universities is a key link to enbace the cultivation of innovative and inter-disciplinary talents in the new era.However,the entreprehearship eudcation is relatively new with weak basis and has not formed a cosistent system yet,espeically in terms of curriculum construction.This paper discusses the construction of entrepreneurship curriculum system in TCM colleges and universities in the new era from the five aspects:basic environment,curriculum system,teacher standards,assessment methods and curriculum evaluation.For basic environment,we should combine the national macro level with the micro level of colleges and universities;for curriculum system,we should realize the threedimensional integration of medical and health characteristics and professional innovation;for teacher training,we should realize the internal cultivation growth and the introduction of external teacher resources;for teaching assessment,we should pay attention to the multi-dimensional and procedural assessment of teachers and students;for curriculum evaluation,we should adopt the first-class curriculum"golden course"standard,taking innovation,high-level and challenge as the main evaluation indicators.This paper explores the construction of entrepreneurship education construction system,and provides reference for promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in TCM colleges and universities.
