丹栀逍遥散加减联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症临床研究

Clinical Study of Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate for Dry Eye

目的:观察丹栀逍遥散加减联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法:选取干眼症患者110例,随机分为对照组和研究组各55例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组给予丹栀逍遥散加减联合玻璃酸钠治疗。治疗4周后,观察比较2组临床疗效,以及2组治疗前后症状积分、泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)的情况。结果:总有效率研究组为85.5%,对照组为43.6%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组症状积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组SIt、BUT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组SIt、BUT水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组SIt、BUT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥散加减联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症,能够降低临床症状积分,增加患者泪液分泌量和泪膜破裂时间,从而提高临床疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with sodium hyaluronate for dry eye. Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients with dry eye were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,and the study group was additionally treated with modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder based on the treatment of the control group. After four-week treatment, clinical effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment,changes in symptom scores,Schirmer I test(SIt),and tear break-up time(BUT) were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 85.5% in the study group,and 43.6% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, symptom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of SIt and BUN between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,levels of SIt and BUT in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with sodium hyaluronate for dry eye can reduce clinical symptom scores,increase tear secretion amount and tear break-up time,thus enhancing the clinical effect.
