中医综合措施联合常规护理干预对老年脑梗死合并糖尿病患者肢体功能的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Measures of Chinese Medicine Combined with Routine Nursing Intervention on Limb Function of Senile Patients with Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察中医综合措施联合常规护理干预对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者肢体功能的影响。方法:选取200例脑梗死伴糖尿病患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上予以常规护理;观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医综合措施(针刺治疗、穴位按摩、饮食护理、情志护理等)进行治疗与护理。2组均连续干预3个月。分析2组治疗前后肢体运动功能、生活质量评分以及血糖水平的变化。结果:治疗前,2组肢体运动功能、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组肢体运动功能、生活质量评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组2项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组2项血糖指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死伴糖尿病老年偏瘫患者采用中医综合措施联合常规护理干预,可有效降低血糖水平,改善患者肢体运动功能,提高生活质量。

Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive measures of Chinese medicine combined with routine nursing intervention on limb function of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 200 cases of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing based on routine medical treatment;the observation group was additionally given comprehensive measures of Chinese medicine including acupuncture treatment,point massage,diet management and emotional nursing for treatment and nursing based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were intervened for three months. Before and after treatment,the changes in the scores of limb movement function and quality of life and the levels of blood glucose in the two groups were analyzed. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of limb movement function and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the scores of limb movement function and quality of life in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above two scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of fasting blood glucose and twohour postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial blood glucose in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive measures of Chinese medicine combined with routine nursing intervention for senile hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes mellitus can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose,and improve their limb movement function and quality of life.
