摘要
根据我国渔业高质量发展要求,研究构建了包含五个维度的海水养殖业综合竞争力评价指标体系,并运用熵值法确定各指标权重。系统聚类法分析结果显示,山东海水养殖综合竞争力最强,其次是福建;海南、辽宁、江苏和广西四省各具竞争力优势;广东和浙江没有突出的优势,河北综合竞争力排名最低。在对应分析总结各省优势和劣势指标基础上,研究提出了提升我国海水养殖业竞争力政策建议。
According to the requirements of high-quality development of fishery in China, the evaluation index system of the mariculture industry competitiveness including five dimensions was constructed, and Entropy method was used to determine each weight of the evaluation index.Hierarchical clustering method showed that Shandong Province had the strongest competitiveness followed by Fujian Province. Hainan Province, Liaoning Province, Jiangsu Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region had their own competitive advantages, respectively, Guangdong Province and Zhejiang Province had no outstanding advantages. Hebei Province ranked the lowest in the comprehensive competitiveness. Based on the corresponding analysis, this study offered some policy suggestions about enhancing the competitiveness of China’s mariculture industry.
