摘要
为拓宽海产品在中西部地区的流通渠道,进一步引导其生产和消费,本文调查了我国中西部六个地区居民对海产品的认识程度、消费情况以及当地海产品市场现状,发现我国中西部地区海产品的居民接受度不高:74.72%的居民每月食用0-3次海产品,频率较低;食用种类相对单一,45.18%的居民不了解当地市场上售卖的海产品种类,63.35%的居民不了解当地市场上售卖的海产品的原产地等。我国中西部地区海产品的市场普及度不高:海鲜专卖市场少、活鲜售卖少。在此结论的基础上提出了未来我国中西部地区海产品市场的发展思路:加大对居民海产品消费的宣传与引导、重视海产品的质量安全和优化升级海产品运输存储和售卖过程。
In order to broaden the circulation channels of seafood in the central and western of China,and further to guide its production and consumption,this paper investigates understanding of seafood,consumption situation and local seafood market current status of six area residents living in the Midwest.The outcome suggested that Chinese residents in the Midwest had a relatively low seafood popularity.74.72%of the respondents consume seafood 0 to 3 times a month,which has a low frequency.45.18%of the residents did not know the types of seafood sold in the local market as well as 63.35%of the residents have no idea about the origin of the seafood.The market popularity of seafood in the middle and western regions is not high,there are few seafood exclusive markets and few live fresh sales.Based on this conclusion,and looking to the future,the developmental opinions on the Chinese central and western seafood market are put forward:increase the publicity of seafood and guidance of the residents'seafood consumption,pay attention to the quality and safety of seafood,optimize and upgrade the transportation,storage and sales process of seafood.
