摘要
本文介绍了利用低温甲醇洗装置热再生塔塔顶出口蒸汽、尿素装置高压洗涤器换热的调温水为热源,采用有机朗肯循环工艺进行余热回收发电技改措施,余热资源的回收利用取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper introduces technical retrofit measures which using steam from top of heat regeneration tower in low temperature methanol washing plant and temperature regulating water of high pressure scrubber in urea plant to generate power by organic Rankine cycle process for waste heat recovery,the recovery of waste heat resource has achieved good economic and social benefits.
