The process flow of C0_(2) centrifugal compressor unit in urea plant and the problems occurred during the original commissioning and operation are introduced.The paper focuses on the problems of gas large leakage of high pressure cylinder shaft end,high temperature of high pressure cylinder main thrust shoe,tube leakage of secondary outlet cooler during operation,continuous slow rise of temperature of high pressure cylinder main thrust shoe during the trail run and the measures taken to solve them.Through measures such as technical retrofit or maintenance,the factors affecting the stable,safe and full load operation of C0_(2) centrifugal compressor unit have been eliminated,and the long-term stable operation of the urea plant has been guaranteed.
