空分装置以空气为原料,通过循环压缩、预冷纯化、透平膨胀、深冷精馏、输送储存等步骤生产合格的气、液态产品。大型空分装置对机械设备的生产、制造、运输、安装、检测提出了非常高的要求,其设备安装中的重点工作主要包括:大型静设备的运输吊装、冷箱钢结构的拼接吊装、空分机组的装配与检测等。’安装阶段的施工质量是装置稳定运行的重要保障,本文主要对空分装置的设备安装及注意事项进行施工总结。

The air separation unit takes air as raw material and produces qualified gas and liquid products through steps of circulation compression,pre-cooling purification,turbine expansion,cryogenic distillation,transportation and storage.For large air separation units,there are very high requirements in the production,manufacturing,transportation,installation and testing of mechanical equipment.The key work in the installation of the equipment mainly includes:transportation and hoisting of large static equipment,joint hoisting of cold box steel structure,assembly and testing of air separation units,etc.The construction quality in the installation stage is an important guarantee for stable operation of the unit.This paper mainly summarizes the equipment installation and matters for attention in the construction of air separation unit.
