摘要
交通基础设施建设是城市群发展的基本内容和重要保障。文中以天山北坡城市群为例,利用复杂网络分析,探讨了荒漠绿洲区交通网络特征及可达性演化趋势。结果表明:规划交通延伸城市间的联系渠道,提升区际间的互动效能,使得规划末铁路及公路网密度分别上升70.59%和28.57%,中心度及中心势指标表明交通项目拓展城市群连通路径,突破了自然地理隔离,形成以乌鲁木齐、奎屯和吐鲁番为中心的区域枢纽节点,将实现交通路网中心与行政中心的一致性;到2025年,城市群将形成"3小时通达圈",北疆地区形成"5小时通达圈",南北疆运输时效显著提升。
The arms of the study are to study the sparse road network of the typical desert oasis area and explore the inter-regional collaborative development capability of the transportation network under the strategy of the development of the western region in the new era of the country.Taking urban agglomeration in northern slope of Tianshan mountains as an example,the change processes of whole and node railway and road traffic network were analyzed,and their accessibilities werer measured to obtain the evolution trend.The results showed that the densities of railway and road network increased by 70.59%and 28.57%respectively overall during the planning period of urban clusters,and the degree center and proximity of the extended area were both improved,while the degree of intermediary center decreased to varying degrees,which showed the expansion of the planned transportation projects in the near future.The connecting path in the north-south direction of the urban cluster was improved,the access efficiency of all parties in the southeast and northwest was enhanced,and the regional hub nodes centered on Urumqi,Queton and Turpan will be formed,and by 2025 the desert urban cluster will form a"three-hour access circle",the northern Xinjiang region form a"five-hour access circle".Therefore,the"14 th Five-Year Plan"transportation network provides a good basic guarantee for planning and promoting the integration of the urban cluster on the north slope of Tianshan.
