雌激素受体在骨骼肌疾病中的机制研究进展

摘要 雌激素受体是一种类固醇受体,广泛分布于骨骼肌、肝脏等组织。目前,已知的雌激素受体共有5种。不同的雌激素受体分布在不同的位置,具有不同的作用。雌激素通过介导不同的雌激素受体,在抗炎、促增殖以及抑制肌萎缩等方面发挥重要作用。骨骼肌作为人体最大的组织,占体重比约40%。骨骼肌不仅起着运动、支撑的作用,而且在维持机体代谢方面也起了重要作用。近年来,雌激素受体在骨骼肌疾病方面受到了广泛关注。雌激素受体被认为是治疗杜氏肌营养不良症、肌管疾病等骨骼肌疾病的潜在靶点。该文对雌激素受体在骨骼肌疾病中的研究进展进行综述。 Estrogen receptors are steroid receptors,widely distributed in skeletal muscle,liver and other tissues.Currently,there are 5 known estrogen receptors.Different estrogen receptors are distributed in different places and have different functions.By mediating different estrogen receptors,estrogen plays an important role in anti-inflammation,promoting proliferation and inhibiting muscle atrophy.Skeletal muscle is the main tissue in the human body,accounting for about 40%of body weight.Skeletal muscle not only plays the role of exercise and support,but also plays an important role in maintaining the body′s metabolism.In recent years,estrogen receptors have received extensive attention in skeletal muscle diseases.Estrogen receptors are considered as potential targets for the treatment of skeletal muscle diseases such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy(DMD)and myotubular myopathy(MTM).This article reviews the research progress of estrogen receptors in skeletal muscle diseases.
