社会网络与研究生创新能力研究:自我效能感和内在动机的中介作用

Research on Social Network and Innovation Ability of Postgraduates:the Mediating Role of Self-efficacy and Intrinsic Motivation

以自我效能感和内在动机为中介变量,构建社会网络提升研究生创新能力的分析框架,采用调查问卷和结构方程分析社会网络对研究生创新能力的作用机理,以及自我效能感和内在动机对研究生创新能力的传导机制。结果表明:在当前的情景下,社会网络有利于研究生创新能力的提高,但作用机理和传导机制有差异。导师网络对培养研究生创新能力做出了重要贡献,同学网络也能够有效促进研究生创新能力的提高,但家庭网络对提升研究生创新能力的影响较弱;自我效能感及其与内在动机的连续中介作用对研究生创新能力的提高能够起到事半功倍的作用,但内在动机在导师网络和同学网络中对研究生创新能力没有直接影响,而家庭网络能够通过激发内在动机提升孩子的创新能力。基于研究结果改进社会网络提升研究生创新能力的框架,提出了相应建议,助力于研究生创新能力的提高。

Taking self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation as the intermediary variables,an analytical framework for social networks to enhance postgraduates′innovation ability is constructed,and questionnaires and structural equations are used to analyze the mechanism of social network′s effect on postgraduates′innovation ability and the transmission mechanism of self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation to postgraduates′innovation ability.The results show that:in the current situation,social network is beneficial to the improvement of postgraduates′innovation ability,but its mechanism and transmission mechanism are different.The tutor network has made an important contribution to the improvement of postgraduates′innovation ability,and the classmate network can also effectively promote the improvement of postgraduates′innovation ability.but the influence of family network on the improvement of postgraduates′innovation ability is weak.Self-efficacy and its continuous mediating effect with intrinsic motivation can improve the innovation ability of postgraduates.However,intrinsic motivation has no direct effect on postgraduates′innovation ability in tutor network and peer network,while family network can promote children′s innovation ability by stimulating intrinsic motivation.Based on the research results,it has improved the framework of social networks to enhance postgraduates′innovation ability,and put forward corresponding suggestions to help improve postgraduates′innovation ability.
