基于5G通信技术的实时控制类实验设备远程控制系统设计初探

摘要 实验教学在高等教育中有重要作用,为适应互联网+职业教育发展需求,运用现代信息技术改进教学方式方法,推进网络学习空间建设和普遍应用,本项目以5G通信技术为基础,探索一种面向控制类实验设备的远程控制实验系统解决方案。实验室实验设备种类众多,包括控制类实验,电路类实验,电机控制类实验,有些对实时性要求不高,但对于无人机、工业机器人、无人驾驶汽车等实时性要求较高的控制类实验,如何基于5G通信技术进行实时远程控制,是本项目研究的主要内容,项目通过构建实时控制类实验设备远程控制系统架构、实现实验设备本地局域网控制、实验设备互联网云端控制建立集远程控制、监测、管理一体的人机交互界面,最终构建面向实时控制类实验设备的集实时性、实用性、扩展性、安全性于一体的远程控制系统。 Experimental teaching plays an important role in higher education.To meet the needs of the development of the Internet Vocational Education,using modern information technology to improve teaching methods and promoting the construction and universal application of online learning space,based on 5G communication technology,this project explores a solution of remote-control experiment system for control experiment equipment.There are many types of laboratory equipment,including control experiments,circuit experiments,motor control experiments,some of which do not require high real-time performance.But for control experiments that require high real-time performance,such as unmanned aerial vehicles,industrial robots and driverless cars,how to carry out real-time remote control based on 5G communication technology is the main content of this project,and the project establishes the human-computer interaction interface which integrates remote control,monitoring and management through the construction of the remote control system architecture of the real-time control laboratory equipment,the realization of the local area network control of the laboratory equipment,and the Internet cloud control of the laboratory equipment.Finally,a real-time,control-oriented,remote-control system is built,which is practical,expandable and secure.
