摘要 高职院校的教师教学能力比赛目前是高职教师教学竞赛方面含金量最高,参与人数最多,影响力最广的大型比赛,教学组织方法和教育教学理念新颖性不断涌现,提高课堂教学质量的手段百家齐鸣,较大范围带动了整个高职院校教学改革,较好的引领老青年教师的教学成长,已经形成了你追我赶的良性竞争环境。但是如何将竞赛有效的教学方法转化并应用到实际教学中,提高课堂教学效果至关重要。 The teaching ability competition of higher vocational colleges is currently the highest vocational teaching competition with the highest gold content,the largest number of participants,and the most influential large-scale competition.The novelty of teaching organization methods and education and teaching concepts continues to emerge,improving the quality of classroom teaching.Hundreds of different methods have brought together the teaching reform of the entire higher vocational colleges on a larger scale,leading to the teaching growth of young and old teachers,and have formed a benign competitive environment.However,how to transform and apply the effective teaching methods of competitions to actual teaching is very important to improve classroom teaching effects.
