摘要
在大力发展智能制造的背景下,为迎接未来机器人行业的机遇与挑战。机器人工程作为核心专业,如何培养符合企业需求的高素质专业性人才,如何提高学生对机器人工程的探索与研究的兴趣,进而使研究者对机器人工程的学习作为终身学习的一个课题。本文主要探讨机器人工程专业才培养方案、优化教师团队以及课程体系改良、产教互助三个方面,为高校培养机器人工程复合型人才提供依据。
In the context of vigorously developing intelligent manufacturing,in order to meet the future opportunities and challenges of the robot industry.As the core major of robot engineering,how to cultivate high-quality professional talents in line with the needs of enterprises,how to improve students’interest in the exploration and research of robot engineering,so as to make the study of robot engineering as a lifelong learning topic for researchers.This paper mainly discusses three aspects:the training scheme of robot engineering major,the optimization of teacher team,the improvement of course system,and the mutual assistance between production and education,so as to provide a basis for the cultivation of complex robot engineering talents in universities.
