工匠精神视域下高职院校汽车类专业学生职业素养现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Professional Accomplishment of Automobile Major Students in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsman Spirit

随着我国素质教育的实施,社会把更多的目光放到了为国家培养技术人才的高职院校教育教学上。当前我国职业教育体系存在严重忽视培养学生“工匠精神”的弊端,导致相当一部分高职院校毕业学生达不到岗位能力要求、职业素质不符合规范。分析社会和企业对“工匠精神”的重视,说明现阶段培养提高学生职业素养的重要性和必要性,并对当前高职院校如何在“工匠精神”引领下做到切实提高学生职业素养作重点探讨。

With the implementation of quality education in our country,the society puts more attention on the education and teaching of higher vocational colleges that cultivate technical talents for the country.The current vocational education system in our country seriously neglects to cultivate students’"craftsmanship spirit",which results in a considerable number of graduating students from higher vocational colleges failing to meet the requirements of job abilities and vocational quality that does not meet the norms.The article analyzes the importance of society and enterprises on the"craftsman spirit",explains the importance and necessity of training and improving students’professional quality at this stage,and how to effectively improve students’professional quality under the guidance of"craftsman spirit"in higher vocational colleges.
