摘要
弘扬工匠精神是社会风气,培养工匠精神是学校落实立德树人的现实要求。本文以浙江交通技师学院为例,在“三全”德育理念的引领下,阐述了通过德育活动、第二课堂、校园文化等方面培育技工院校学生的工匠精神,总结了“三全”育人视角下学生工匠精神取得的成效。
Carrying forward the spirit of craftsmanship is a social ethos and cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship is a realistic requirement for the school to implement"cultivating morality and foster talents".This article takes Zhejiang Transportation Technician College as an example.Under the guidance of the concept of"Three Completes"moral education,this article explains how to cultivate the craftsmanship of students in technical colleges through moral education activities,secondary classrooms,and campus culture,and summarizes the results of student craftsmanship from the perspective of"three completes"education.
