摘要
2017年以来我国推行了诸多有利于新能源汽车发展的政策,涉及到了补贴、设施、安全、技术研发等多个方面和领域。自2017年开始我国造车新势力如雨后春笋般出现,电动车型和插电式混合动力车型为代表的的新能源车每年销量逐渐增加。与此同时我国对传统燃油车排放要求增加,2018年6月22日生态环境部发布《重型柴油车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》对重型车排放污染监控提出更高的要求,严查移动污染源,降低排放,推动新能源汽车技术进步是我国未来汽车发展的主旋律。我国于2020年9月的第七十五届联合国大会上明确提出了中国碳达峰与碳中和的目标。后续发布的《节能与新能源汽车技术路线图2.0》也提出2035年我国汽车产业将基本实现电动化转型。同时,近些年电动车和插电式混合动力汽车成为新能源汽车销售的主力,跟据中国汽车工业协会发布的数据进行调查2017年度新能源汽车全年销售77.7万辆,2018年度新能源汽车全年销售125.6万辆,2019年新能源汽车全年销售120.6万辆,2020年度新能源汽车全年销售136.7万辆,电池技术成为促进电动车发展的重要技术。本文对我国新能源汽车发展状况与电池技术进行解析,分析行业动态与电池技术。
Since 2017,China has implemented many policies that are conducive to the development of new energy vehicles,involving subsidies,facilities,safety,technology research and development and other aspects and fields.Since 2017,new forces in car manufacturing have sprung up.The annual sales of new energy vehicles represented by electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles have gradually increased.At the same time,China has increased the emission requirements of traditional fuel vehicles.On June 22,2018,the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the"Heavy-duty Diesel Vehicle Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods(China Phase 6)",which puts forward a higher level of monitoring of heavy-duty vehicle emissions,which is the main theme of China’s future automobile development to strictly investigate mobile pollution sources,reduce emissions,and promote the technological progress of new energy vehicles.At the 75th UN General Assembly in September 2020,China clearly put forward the goal of China’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality.The follow-up"Energy-saving and New Energy Vehicle Technology Roadmap 2.0"also proposes that the auto industry will basically achieve electrification transformation in 2035.At the same time,in recent years,electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles have become the main force in the sales of new energy vehicles.According to the data released by the China Automobile Manufacturers Association,the annual sales of new energy vehicles in 2017 were 777,000,and the new energy vehicles in 2018 The annual sales of 1.256 million units,the annual sales of 1.206 million new energy vehicles in 2019,and the annual sales of 1.367 million new energy vehicles in 2020,battery technology has become an important technology to promote the development of electric vehicles.This article analyzes the development status of China’s new energy vehicles and battery technology,and analyzes industry trends and battery technology.
