通过对CO2气体保护焊技术的优劣势和缺陷进行分析,阐述了这些焊接常见设备、在汽车制造工程行业,焊接汽车车身生产过程中可能会产生的一些常见和缺陷问题,并且通过调节,焊接电流、电弧电压、气体流量及外部因素影响的手段和方法,达到有效控制这些缺陷,保证在焊接过程中,每一道焊缝都完美。
Through the analysis of the advantages,disadvantages and defects of CO2 gas shielded welding technology,the article explains the common welding equipment,in the automotive manufacturing engineering industry,some common and defect problems that may occur in the production process of welding car bodies,and through adjustment,the means and methods of welding current,arc voltage,gas flow and external factors,these defects can be effectively controlled,which ensures that every weld is perfect during the welding process.
