摘要
转向盘是转向系统的重要组成部分,主要由骨架和发泡构成,高级一些的转向盘还配有与气囊模块配合的安装卡扣、软的外表皮、组合开关等,其主要作用是将人的手力传递到转向管柱,最终改变车辆的行驶方向。转动惯量可以理解为一个物体对于旋转运动的惯性,其值取决于物体的形状、质量分布及转轴的位置,转向盘的转动惯量会影响转向手感、转向盘固有频率、路面冲击对转向盘的反冲、前轮摆动等,因此需要合理选择转向盘的转动惯量。本文介绍了转向盘转动惯量的测试方法,为考核转向盘转动惯量是否合格提供支撑。
The steering wheel is an important part of the steering system.It is mainly composed of a skeleton and foam.The advanced steering wheel is also equipped with an installation buckle that cooperates with the airbag module,a soft outer skin,and a combination switch.Its main function is to transmit the steering column,and finally the driving direction of the vehicle is changed.Moment of inertia can be understood as the inertia of an object with respect to rotational motion.Its value depends on the shape,mass distribution and position of the shaft.The moment of inertia of the steering wheel will affect the steering feel,the natural frequency of the steering wheel,and the reaction of the road impact on the steering wheel.It is necessary to select the moment of inertia of the steering wheel reasonably.This article introduces the test method of the steering wheel moment of inertia to provide support for evaluating whether the steering wheel moment of inertia is qualified.
