论乡村振兴战略下的大学生基层就业价值观培育

On the Cultivation of College Students’Employment Values at the Grass-Roots Level under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

大学生基层就业是实现乡村振兴的必然需求,也是自身发展的重要路径。然而,大学生对基层就业的价值认识不足,情感认同缺失,自身的基层就业能力不足等问题制约了大学生基层就业的积极性。大学生对基层就业的认同并外化为实际行动,需要回归对价值的本质探讨,在厘清乡村振兴战略下大学生基层就业价值的基础上,依据认知、同化或顺应、内化等大学生基层就业价值观认同形成的逻辑过程,建立和完善协同育人、宣传教育、实践育人三大体系,最终实现乡村振兴战略下的大学生基层就业价值观培育。

Graduates’employment at the grassroots level is an inevitable demand for rural revitalization and an important path for their own development.However,college students’lack of understanding of the value of grassroot level employment,lack of emotional identity,their own lack of employment ability at grassroot level and other problems restrict their enthusiasm in grassroot level employment.Considering college student’s cognition and turning the cognition into practical action,we need to return to discussion on the nature of value,in a clear strategy of delineating the value of college students’employment at the grassroot level amid the grand strategy of rejuvenating the countryside.On the basis of cognition,assimilation and conformation,internalization of grassroot employment values such as logic process of identity formation,we set up and improve the three mechanisms of cooperative education,propaganda and education,practical education,and finally realize cultivating college students’employment at the grassroots level as part of the strategy of rejuvenating the countryside.
