摘要
在知识生产模式转型下,欧洲国家高校哲学社会科学研究成果评价显示出重视非学术受众的评价、注重学术成果的外部影响以及提倡自下而上的评价程序等变化特征。借鉴德国、法国、瑞典等高校哲学社会科学研究成果评价的典型经验,针对目前我国高校哲学社会科学研究成果评价中存在的评价标准上忽视研究实践和学科差异、评价维度上客观界定和区分研究质量的领域偏窄、评价方法上怠忽对现代信息技术的恰当运用等问题,提出以学科群为导向自下而上开发具有差别化的评价指标体系,开辟研究成果全方位评价视角注重研究成果的社会质量,搭建开放式新媒体评价平台形成评价方式多样化格局等改进策略。
With the transformation of knowledge production mode,the research assessment of social sciences and humanities(SSH)at European universities shows the changing feature of attaching importance to the evaluation of non-academic audiences,paying attention to the external influence of academic research and advocating the evaluation procedure from bottom to top.Learning the typical experiences of SSH research assessment in German,French and Swedish universities,and taking the problemssuch as ignoring the research practice and discipline differences in evaluation standards,narrowing the definition and distinction of research quality in evaluation dimensions,and neglecting the proper use of modern information technology in evaluation methods that exist in SSH research assessment of Chinese universities into account,we suggest that our universities could build discipline-oriented and bottom-up assessment indicator systems,open comprehensive perspective to focus on the social quality assessment,and set up new media assessment platforms to form multiple evaluation methods and so on.
