摘要
以粘胶基活性炭纤维毡为催化剂载体,负载Mn、Co、Ce 3种元素作为活性组分,通过浸渍法制备出不同负载比例的催化剂,探讨Mn、Co、Ce三种活性组分对催化剂的脱硝性能以及抗硫性能的影响。采用孔径分析仪(BET)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等仪器来表征催化剂的比表面积、孔容孔径,微观形态等特征。结果表明,活性组分按照一定的比例负载在催化剂表面上,其脱硝性能有较大提升,其中6Mn-8Co-3Ce/VACF催化剂的脱硝性能最好,在此负载比下催化剂中的活性组分能够均匀的分散在载体的表面,同时在其表面上有丰富的酸性点位,良好的还原性能,在200℃下,催化剂的脱硝效率可达85%以上。在进行抗中毒实验即通入SO2后,脱硝效率为76%,其抗硫性能较佳。
Using viscose-based activated carbon fiber felt as catalyst support and loading Mn,Co,Ce three elements as active components,catalysts with different loading ratios were prepared by impregnation method to investigate the effect of Mn,Co and Ce on the denitrification performance and sulfur resistance of the catalyst.The pore size analyzer(BET),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and other instruments were used to characterize the specific surface area,pore volume pore size,and microscopic morphology of the catalyst.As a result,the denitration performance of the catalyst can be greatly improved by loading a certain proportion of active components,of which 6 Mn-8Co-3Ce/VACF,at this loading ratio,the active components in the catalyst can be uniformly dispersed on the surface of the support.At the same time,there are abundant acidic sites on its surface,and good reduction performance,at 200℃,the denitrification efficiency of the catalyst can reach more than 85%.After the anti-poisoning experiment was carried out,the denitrification efficiency was 76%,and the sulfur resistance was better.
