摘要
从油基钻屑的无害化处理、油品的回收再利用、组合处理技术和钻屑的资源化利用等方面,介绍了各种油基钻屑处理方法,调研了各种处理方法的最新研究方向与成果,结合当前存在的主要问题针对性地提出了对策建议,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。指出在不断优化油基钻屑处理技术的同时,建立油基钻屑固体废物信息管理系统,成立一套从油基钻屑无害化处理工艺-钻屑的资源化产品测试-资源化产品长期性环境影响的检测评价体系。
A various of treatment methods on oil-based drill cutting treatment were introduced,including the harmless treatment of oil-based drill cuttings,the recovery and reuse of oil products,combined processing technology and the resource utilization of drill cuttings.Combining with the current main problems,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,and the future development direction is prospected.It is pointed out that the processing technology of oil-based should be optimized continuously,and the solid waste information management system will be developed.A set of oil-based drill cuttings detection and evaluation system will be established,involving harmless treatment process,determination of product and the evaluation of long-term environmental impact.
