摘要
以研究煤化工高盐废水处理技术为出发点,介绍了几种煤化工含盐废水的处理技术,其包括预处理、浓缩除盐、结晶固化三个方面。常用的预处理手段有:絮凝沉淀、生化处理、深度氧化、滤膜过滤等。浓缩除盐技术一般包括:离子交换、电渗析、反渗透、正渗透等。结晶固化技术包括:自然蒸发结晶、多效蒸发结晶、多级闪蒸结晶、机械蒸汽压缩再循环蒸发结晶、膜蒸馏结晶、纳滤-分质结晶、蒸发/冷却耦合-分质结晶等。其中,以实现煤化工高含盐废水中资源的梯性利用为目的的分质结晶提盐技术将会成为未来含盐废水处理的主要方向。
On the basis of high-sality wastewater treatment technologies,some treatment technologies of high-salinity wastewater in coal chemical industry are summurized.The methods for treating high-salinity wastewater contains three apects that is pretreatment,concentration&desalination and crystallization.The mainly pretreatment technologies include flocculation,biochemical treatment,advanced oxidation,and membrane filtration.Besides,the concentration&desalination technologies contain ion exchange,electrodialysis,reverse osmosis,forward osmosis and so on.Furthermore,the crystallization technologies include natural evaporation crystallization,multi-effect evaporation crystallization,multi-stage flash crystallization,mechanical vapor recompression crystallization,membrane distillation crystallization,nanofiltration-fractional crystallization,and evaporation/cooling-fractional crystallization.The fractional crystallization which aims at resource utilization from high-salinity wastewater in coal chemical industry will become the research focus.
