射干麻黄汤加减对支气管哮喘疗效及患者炎症反应的影响

Effect of modified Shegan Mahuang decoction on bronchial asthma and inflammation

目的:研究射干麻黄汤加减治疗支气管哮喘疗效及对患者炎症反应的影响。方法:选取98例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=52),对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予射干麻黄汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、白细胞计数(WBC)、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOS)、中性粒细胞百分比(N)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、血沉、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者总有效率92.00%高于对照组患者的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候积分、WBC、EOS、N、CRP、PCT、血沉、FeNO、IgE均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:射干麻黄汤加减联合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效较好,可有效缓解临床症状,抑制炎症反应,且安全性较高。

Objective:To study clinical efficacy of modified Shegan Mahuang decoction in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 98 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=52)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified Shegan Mahuang decoction on basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,white blood cell count(WBC),percentage of eosinophils(EOS),percentage of neutrophils(N),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),erythrocyte sediuration,exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency 92.00%in the observation group was higher than 73.91%in the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,WBC,EOS,N,CRP,PCT,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,FeNO and IgE in both groups were lower than those in the control group,and the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shegan Mahuang decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma has significant efficacy,alleviate clinical symptoms,inhibit inflammatory response,and better safety.
