Discussion on the Internet “3+2+1” Training Model for Hospital Pharmacist Under the Epidemic Situation of COVID-19

为探讨突发新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下的医院药学人员疫情防控知识专题培训的新模式和学习效果,借助互联网培训平台,采用“3+2+1”培训模式,实施新型冠状病毒肺炎相关知识培训并进行四次考核,并对考核结果进行分析。结果显示创新互联网“3+2+1”培训模式能够快速、有效地帮助药学专业人员提高对疫情防控知识的认知。

In order to explore the new model and learning effect of special training on epidemic prevention and control knowledge for hospital pharmacist under the sudden outbreak of COVID-19.With the help of the internet training platform,the“3+2+1”training model was used to implement COVID-19-related knowledge training and conduct four assessments,and analyze the assessment results.The results show that the innovative Internet“3+2+1”training model can quickly and effectively help pharmacist improve their knowledge of epidemic prevention and control.
