摘要
图书馆“一带一路”资源建设与服务的高质量发展是推进“一带一路”建设的保障。文章采用网络调查法与文献研究法,辅以电话、邮件和微信等咨询方式,调查74所图书馆参与“一带一路”建设的现状。调查发现,94.6%的图书馆提供“一带一路”相关资源与服务,但仍有待进一步提升;建议图书馆加强资源建设、创新服务模式、深化国际合作和提高新媒体营销,为“十四五”时期“一带一路”的高质量发展作出新贡献。
Libraries should play a more active role in the B&R promotion through the high-quality construction and development of B&R resources.By means of network survey,literature review,as well as telephone,e-mail and WeChat consultation,this paper makes a survey of B&R resource construction and services in totally 74 Chinese libraries,in which there are 32 provincial public libraries and 42 university libraries.The result shows that though 94.6%of these libraries have constructed their B&R resources and provided related services,the quality needs to be improved.It is proposed that libraries should strengthen resource construction,innovate services,deepen international cooperation and improve new media marketing,so as to contribute more to the B&R promotion in 14th Five-Year Plan Period.
