高校消防安全管理现状与有效对策分析

Analysis on current situation and effective countermeasures of fire safety management in colleges and universities

研究高校消防安全管理,目的在于提高消防安全管理水平。文章基于文献资料法,对高校消防安全管理展开分析,得出相应结果,发现部分高校出现一些缺陷与不足,比如基础设施建设水平低,制度落实程度参差不齐、存在违规操作等。因此,新时期高校需要采取多种宣传教育手段,综合提高全员思想认识,也需要落实责任制,完善常态化、长效化监督排查机制,还需要保持长期、持续的资源投入。

The paper analyzes the fire safety management of colleges and universities based on the literature method, and draws the corresponding results. It is found that some colleges and universities have some defects and deficiencies, such as the low level of infrastructure construction, the uneven implementation of the system, and the existence of illegal operations. Therefore, colleges and universities need to adopt a variety of publicity and education methods to comprehensively improve the ideological understanding of all staff in the new period. They also need to implement a responsibility system, improve a normalized and long-term supervision and inspection mechanism, and maintain long-term and continuous resource input.
