清热八味丸联合异维A酸胶丸治疗扁平疣风热毒蕴证的临床疗效研究

Efficacy of Qingre Bawei Pills Combined with Isotretinoin Capsules in the Treatment of Flat Warts with Syndrome of Wind-heat and Toxin Accumulation

目的探讨清热八味丸联合异维A酸胶丸对扁平疣风热毒蕴证的疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月在本院就诊的扁平疣患者82例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=41)。对照组患者接受异维A酸胶丸;观察组在对照组基础上加用清热八味丸;连续治疗3个月后,比较两组皮损和皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分、临床疗效、不良反应情况、IL-2和IFN-γ水平。结果治疗后,观察组的皮损和DLQI评分低于对照组(P <0.01);观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),且2组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组的血清IL-2和IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论清热八味丸联合异维A酸胶丸治疗扁平疣风热毒蕴证效果明显,并且能够提高血清IL-2和IFN-γ水平。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qingre Bawei Pills combined with Isotretinoin capsules in treating flat warts with wind-heat and toxin accumulation syndrome. Methods A total of 82 flat warts patients in the hospital from July of 2019 to July of 2020 are selected and divided into the observation group(n = 41) and the control group(n = 41) according to the random number table. The control group is given with isotretinoin capsules, the observation group is given with Qingre Bawei Pill on the basis of the control group. After the treatment of three months, scores of skin lesion and dermatological quality of life index(DLQI), the clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ are compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, scores of the skin lesion and DLQI of the observation group are obviously lower than those of the control group(P < 0.01);the total effective rate of the observation group is significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05), and there is no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the observation group are obviously higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of Qingre Bawei Pills combined with Isotretinoin capsules in the treatment of flat warts with wind-heat and toxin accumulation syndrome is significant, which can increase serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ.
