摘要
采用不同的多元醇和多元酸分别替换新戊二醇和对苯二甲酸,研究了不同类型的多元醇和多元酸对聚酯树脂性能的影响。研究显示,通过采用不同类型的多元醇和多元酸,可以显著改变聚酯树脂的黏度、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和合成所需要的真空时间。同时研究了不同原材料的替换对粉末涂料耐候性能、耐水煮性能和胶化时间的影响。
Different kinds of polyols and polyatomic acid are used to replace the raw materials such as neopentyl glycol and terephthalic acid.The influence of different kinds of polyols and polyatomic acid on the properties of polyester resin is investigated.The results indicates that the different polyols and polyatomic acid can change obviously the viscosity,glass transition temperature of polyester resin and the vacuum time of polymerization.The effects of raw materials replacement on the durability,boiling water resistance and gel time of powder coatings are also discussed.
