摘要
采用甲基六氢苯酐与聚丙二醇反应生成二元酸,然后用此二元酸改性增韧环氧树脂。随后采用质子化的硫醚进行鎓盐化合成了一种硫鎓盐型分散剂树脂。采用该分散剂树脂代替季铵盐型分散剂树脂,提高了电泳漆膜的丰满度、漆膜高温下的耐黄变和耐失光性能,同时保证了电泳漆膜良好的机械力学性能和防腐蚀性能。
Dibasic acid was synthesized by the reaction of methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride and propylene glycol.This dibasic acid can be used to toughen the epoxy resin.The toughened epoxy resin can react with protonated sulfide to prepare a sulfonium salt dipersant resin.This dipersant resin can improve the performance of electrodeposition coatings,such as yellowing resistance,gloss retention and coating buildiness.Moreover,this dipersant resin can insure the same mechanism properties and corrosion as the quaternary ammonium salt dipersant resin is replaced.
