煤与煤层气协调开发综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation of coal and CBM coordinated exploitation

为了进一步探索和研究我国煤矿区煤与煤层气协调开发效果,根据煤与煤层气协调开发过程中需要考察的相关因素,提出基础考察指标,并按照适应性评价、安全评价和效果评价3项评价目标,提出二级评价指标和三级评价指标,分级构建了煤与煤层气协调开发评价指标体系。利用隶属度函数,构建评价矩阵,建立煤与煤层气协调开发评价模型。按照不同评价要求,提出相应的评价标准,并且结合评价目标引入协调指数,利用层次分析法(AHP)及模糊综合评价方法构建煤与煤层气协调开发综合评价方法。以寺河煤矿为例,对该方法进行了验证,研究结果表明该方法具有可行性,可以对煤与煤层气协调开发实施综合评价。

In order to further explore and study the effect of coal and CBM coordinated exploitation in China coal mine area,an evaluation indexes system is built by branched based on the influence factors during the development of coal and CBM resources in this paper,three evaluation goals indexes of next level chosen and classified based on adaptability,safety and effect evaluation.And evaluation mode of coal and CBM coordinated exploitation is set up through introducing membership function and matrix.A complete evaluation method of coal and CBM coordinated exploitation is formed from analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by the different related standard to the objective of investigation.The exploitation results in Sihe coal mine show that this kind of evaluation method about the coal and CBM coordinated exploitation is feasible.
