摘要
在当前“国内国际双循环”新发展格局下,高等教育要立足学生个性特质差异,创新人才培养模式,提升高等教育质量,完成时代赋予的使命和功能。以我校地理学一流学科建设为例,通过修订完善个性化人才培养方案,优化课程体系设置和考核评价方式等,多措并举推进专业个性化人才培养模式的探索与实践,取得了一定的实践经验和成果,可为相关高校个性化人才培养提供借鉴。
Under the current"dual circulation"development pattern,higher education departments should focus on the differences of individuality development for each student,innovate talent cultivation models and improve the quality of higher education,fulfilling the mission and functions given by the times.Taking the construction of the first-class discipline of geography in Hunan Normal University as an example,we took a lot of measures to explore and practice the individualized talent cultivation models,including revision of the individualized talent cultivation plan,optimization of the curriculum system and evaluation.We have obtained certain practical experience and results,which can provide reference for individualized talent cultivation in relevant universities.
