教学与科研相长的实践研究--以植物组织培养课程为例

文章以植物组织培养课程为例,对高等院校中科研和教学融合进行了讨论,阐述了具体的实施方法。结果发现科研能够促进教学,帮助教师提高教学水平,有利于创新型人才的培养,取得了良好的教学效果,进而提升了高校的办学水平;同时,教学能够为科研提供新的增长点,促进科研成果的产生。总之,科研促教学、教学助科研,二者相辅相成,完全可以协同发展,科研和教学融合是值得践行的。

Taking the course of Plant Tissue Culture as an example,this paper discussed the integration of scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities,and expounded the specific implementation methods.The results showed that scientific research could promote teaching,help college teachers to improve their teaching level,facilitate the cultivation of innovative talents,receive good teaching effect,and then improve the level of colleges and universities.At the same time,teaching could provide new growth points for scientific research and promote the production of scientific research results.In a word,scientific research promotes teaching and teaching helps scientific research.Scientific research and teaching complement each other,which can develop in a coordinated way.The integration of scientific research and teaching is worth practicing.
