全天候开放-无障碍互动型显微镜实验室的建设及其在高校实践教学中的应用

显微镜实验室互动与开放一直是相关高等院校实验室建设的重点。针对显微镜实验室教师与学生缺乏互动及实验室开放困难的难题,我校建设了无障碍互动显微镜实验室,并开发了全天候预约开放与视频监督管理系统。投影屏幕、教师显微镜-IPAD与学生显微镜-IPAD通过无线网络连接,每个IPAD都可以访问其他IPAD并将现象投影至大屏幕,实现教师与学生无障碍互动交流。学生可以根据实验室正常课程安排和自己的时间,通过预约开放系统进行预约,进入实验室自主进行实验,并可随时与任课教师进行远程互动。实验室管理人员通过视频的监控系统进行学生预约批准、实验室安全监督、实验室物品检查等相关工作。该互动开放型实验室极大提高了实验教学质量和显微镜实验室使用效率,为学生课后作业、大创项目、科技创新、研究生科研提供了独自实验研究保障,在其他相关学科和高校具有较强的推广价值。

The interaction and opening of microscope laboratories has always been the focus of laboratory construction in relevant universities.Considering with the problem of lack of interaction between teachers and students,a barrier-free interactive microscope laboratory and a 24 hours appointment opening and video supervision and management system have been built in our university.Projection screen,teacher microscope-IPAD and student microscope-IPAD are connected via wireless network.Each IPAD can access other IPAD and projection screen to achieve barrier-free interactive communication between teachers and students.Students can make appointment with the manager via reservation system according to the normal laboratory schedule and their own time.Students can enter the laboratory to conduct experiments independently and remote interact with their teachers.Laboratory administrators approve students appointments,supervise laboratory safety and check laboratory items through video surveillance system.The interactive open laboratory greatly improves the quality of microscopic experiment teaching and the efficiency of lab use,which provides independent experimental research guarantee for students'homework,innovation projects,technological innovation,and graduates research.It has strong promotion value in other related disciplines and universities.
