食品环境学课程中课程思政的融入与实践 被引量:1

摘要 在环境问题日益严峻和食品安全问题层出不穷的大背景下,食品环境学已成为食品专业本科生的专业核心课程,在本科培养体系中占有重要地位。文章以食品环境学课程为例,通过知识点梳理、案例融合、翻转课堂、第二课堂交流等方式,将专业课知识点与课程思政内容相结合,使思想政治教育有机地融入本科生的专业教学中,并对实践效果进行了初步的分析及讨论,为自然学科类专业课程的课程思政建设提供有益参考。 With the increasingly severe environmental and food safety issues,the course"Food and the Environment"has become an essential course for undergraduates majoring in food science and forms a crucial part of the curriculum.Taking Food and the Environment as an example,this paper combined the contents of the specialized courses with the ideological and political education by optimizing the knowledge points,integrating the cases,and flipping the classroom and communication in the second classroom,allowing the ideological and political education to be naturally integrated into the professional teaching of the undergraduates.A preliminary analysis was performed,and the teaching effects in practice were discussed.The study results will provide a useful reference and help improve the ideological and political construction in the specialized courses.
