摘要
基于新型冠状病毒肺炎的不确定性,新加坡坚持预防优先、信息公开、真诚沟通、适时调整和社会参与。新加坡风险治理的过程和经验启示我们,应强化预防为主的策略,建立有效的风险沟通方式,夯实社区卫生服务的基础。
Based on the uncertainty of COVID-19,Singapore adheres to the prioritization of prevention,the openness of information,sincere communication,timely adjustment and social participation.Enlightened by the process and experience of the risk governance in Singapore,we should strengthen the strategy of focusing on prevention,establish effective risk communication methods,and consolidate the foundation of community health services.
