生命关怀视域下安徽省某高校医学生人际交往能力状况分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the Status of Interpersonal Skills of Medical Students in a University in Anhui Province from the Perspective of Life Care

摘要 目的:探索医学生人际交往能力状况及其影响因素,为提高医学生人际交往能力提供参考。方法:采取整群抽样方法,应用人际交往能力问卷对安徽省某医学院的医学生进行问卷调查。结果:共调查1219人,不同专业医学生在主动交往维度存在显著差异(F=3.134,P<0.05);参加体育锻炼情况在主动交往(F=13.361,P<0.001)、自我表达(F=3.784,P<0.01)和情感支持(F=3.506,P<0.01)3个维度存在显著差异;好友数在主动交往(F=8.710,P<0.001)、自我表达(F=8.383,P<0.001)、冲突管理(F=4.952,P<0.01)和情感支持(F=5.031,P<0.01)上差异均具有统计学意义。结论:专业、性格、兴趣爱好、体育锻炼、好友数和参加活动频率上对医学生人际交往能力具有一定影响,需通过构建学校(教师)-医院(实习带教)-家庭(父母)-个人(主体)四位一体的合力育人机制,有针对性地开展人际交往意识和能力的培养教育,为医学生投身生命关怀实践奠定良好的人际交往能力基础。 Objective:To explore the status of medical students'interpersonal skilks and its influencing factors,so as to provide preferences for developing medical students'interpersonal skills.Methods:Using the cluster sampling method,medical students from a medical college in Anhui province were investigated by using the interpersonal skills questionnaire.Results:A total of 1219 medical students were investigated.There were significant differences in active communication dimensions among medical students of different majors(F=3.134,P<0.05).Significant differences were found in the three dimensions of active communication(F=13.361,P<0.001),self-expression(F=3.784,P<0.01)and emotional support(F=3.506,P<0.01)during physical exercise.There were statistically significant differences in the number of friends in active communication(F=8.710,P<0.001),self-expression(F=8.383,P<0.001),conflict management(F=4.952,P<0.01)and affective support(F=5.031,P<0.01).Conclusion:Major,personality,hobby,physical exercise,the number of friends and the frequency of activities have certain influence on medical students'interpersonal skills.In order to lay a good foundation of interpersonal skills for medical students to devote themselves to the practice of life care,it is necessary to construct a four-in-one joint force education mechanism of school(teacher)-hospital(practice teaching)-family(parents)-individual(subject),and carry out targeted education of interpersonal consciousness and skills.
