摘要
通过对上海某三甲综合医院不良事件报告系统运行以来的历史数据和运行中的问题进行深入分析,发现自该系统运行以来,不良事件上报例数从原先的每年不足100例,上升至每年超过500例;不良事件填报、审批耗时大大降低;且事件信息采集全面,有助于后期分析。不良事件上报系统的应用提升了管理效率,改善了信息采集质量,促进了医院安全文化的建立。尽管该系统在上报权限、上报对象、事件类型等方面尚有改进空间,但相关经验教训依然可为其他医院提供有益参考。
This paper analyzes the historical data and operation problems of the adverse event reporting system in a Shanghai based Grade-A tertiary general hospital.Since this system kicked off,the number of reported adverse events has increased from less than 100 cases per year to more than 500;the time length of reporting and approving adverse events has been greatly reduced;the event information collected is comprehensive,which is helpful for later analysis.The application of such a system can significantly improve the management efficiency as well as the information quality,and facilitate the establishment of hospital patient safety culture.Although there still exist some flaws in the reporting jurisdiction,reporting object,event type,et al.,this hospital's experience and lessons concerned will be useful reference for other hospitals.
