张家口地区健康男性人附睾蛋白4水平调查分析

An Analysis of Human Epididymis Protein 4 Level of Healthy Male Population in Zhangjiakou Area

目的研究张家口地区健康男性人附睾蛋白4(HE4)水平的影响因素。方法收集2019年6月至2020年6月张家口市第一医院健康体检的394例健康男性血清样本,采用化学发光法测定血清HE4水平,并将受试者按照年龄、抽烟与否进行分组,分析其与HE4水平的关系。结果394例健康男性的血清HE4水平呈偏态分布,结果以中位数(四分位数间距)表示。(1)样本HE4浓度M(Q)为67.28(38.11)pmol/L。年龄分组与HE4水平M(Q)为:<40岁组47.72(16.95)pmol/L,40~49岁组60.88(24.83)pmol/L,50~59岁组66.71(33.43)pmol/L,≥60岁组88.41(34.61)pmol/L。各个年龄组的HE4水平分布两两比较:40~49岁组与50~59岁组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),其余分组两两比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)394例样本分为抽烟组250例、不抽烟组144例,抽烟组结果为79.32(50.12)pmol/L,不抽烟组结果为54.37(25.50)pmol/L。抽烟组HE4水平明显高与不抽烟组(P<0.01)。结论张家口地区健康男性HE4水平随着年龄增长呈增高趋势,且到60岁明显增高,并且吸烟可能会对HE4结果产生影响。

Objective To study the influencing factors of epididymal protein 4(HE4)level in healthy men population in Zhangjiakou area.Methods Serum samples of 394 healthy male were collected from the Zhangjiakou First Hospital from June,2019 to June,2020.The levels of HE4 were determined by chemiluminescence.The relationship between HE4 concentration and age,smoking status was analyzed.Results HE4 level in 394 healthy men showed a biased distribution.Data were expressed as medians(M)and interquartile range(Q).(1)The median(M)and interquartile(Q)were 67.28(38.11)in the whole group.The results of HE4 in different age groups were as following:<40 years old group 47.72(16.95)pmol/L,40-49 years old group 60.88(24.83)pmol/L,50-59 years old group 66.71(33.43)pmol/L,≥60 years old group 88.41(34.61)pmol/L.The levels of HE4 in different age groups were compared and there was no significant difference between 40-49 years old group and 50-59 years old group(P>0.01);but there were statistical differences between any two remaining groups(P<0.01).(2)The results of smoking group were 79.32(50.12)pmol/L;non-smoking group was 54.37(25.50)pmol/L.Smoking was associated with higher HE4(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum level of HE4 in healthy men in Zhangjiakou area increases with age and significantly increases when reaching the age of 60 years old and smoking may influence the result of HE4.
