摘要 国家标准《建筑信息模型分类和编码标准》GB/T51269借鉴了国际建筑产品最新分类方法,结合我国工程设计习惯,研究制定既适合中国实际情况,又与国际接轨的建筑信息模型分类体系。《标准》充分考虑了BIM技术发展趋势,以国际标准ISO 12006-2的方法论为基础,调研了美国、英国、日本、新加坡等国家的相关标准,结合我国工程建设信息化发展现阶段特点,对建筑工程实施全过程中涉及到的主要对象做了规定,形成了15个分类表。分类表采用线性分类方法,逻辑性强,方便实用,基本涵盖了工程建设不同阶段的需求。《标准》充分考虑了分类的系统性,科学性、可扩展性和实用性,利用数字编码方式进行编码,为后续的扩展提供了充裕的空间。 The national standard"Building Information Model Classification and Coding Standard"GB/T51269 draws on the latest international classification methods for building products,combines with China's engineering design practices,as well as researches and develops a building information model classification system that is both suitable for China's actual situation and in line with international standards.The Standard takes into full consideration the development trend of BIM technology,based on the methodology of international standard ISO 12006-2,reviews the relevant standards of the United States,the United Kingdom,Japan,Singapore and other countries,combines the characteristics of the current stage of China's engineering construction informatization development,and makes provisions for the main objects involved in the whole process of construction project implementation.15 classification tables are formulated,which adopts linear classification method to make them logical,convenient and practical,and basically covers the needs of different stages of engineering construction.The standard gives full consideration to the systematicity,scientificity,scalability and practicality of the classification,and makes use of the numerical coding method for coding,which provides ample space for the subsequent expansion.
