摘要
海洋工程与陆地工程相比面临着高温、高湿、高盐雾、强腐蚀、太阳辐照强烈、台风频发、海水冲刷等特殊的海洋环境气候特征。项目针对海洋气候特征、建筑功能和海岛防御需求,通过研发海工混凝土及其关键材料、岛礁适应型多功能墙体材料及制品,研究功能性防护建筑材料技术和应用,建立岛礁复杂气候条件下典型功能材料环境适应性评价技术等,研制出具有安全、节能、抗海洋环境侵蚀、高耐久性、雷达波吸收与保护等功能的新型建筑功能材料,满足了岛礁设施在建筑使用寿命、建筑功能、水下工程防污防腐等方面的特殊需求。
Differ from land construction,the marine construction is facing typical marine climate environment,such as high temperature,high humidity,high salt spray,strong corrosion,strong solar radiation,frequent typhoons,and sea water erosion,etc.To meet with the building functional requirements and Island defensive needs concerning the marine climate characteristics,this study aims to explore protective functional building material and to establish the environmental adaptability assessment system of functional building materials under complex climatic conditions of islands and reefs.A new type of functional building materials characterized by energy-saving,marine erosion resistance,high durability,and radar wave absorption and protection properties was developed,to meet the typical requirements of island and reef facilities in terms of building service life,building functions,and anti-fouling and anti-corrosion of underwater engineering.
