摘要
本文利用青海省东部地区6个县的气象、社会经济和地理信息数据,从干旱灾害的致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境脆弱性、承灾体易损性和防灾减灾能力4个方面选取11个评价指标,运用GIS空间数据分析功能完成了青海省东部地区干旱灾害风险评估与区划。结果表明青海省东部地区干旱灾害风险在中部和南部地区的风险性较高,东北部和西部以及北部偏西地区的风险性较低。
In this paper,11 evaluation indicators were first selected from the aspects of hazard factors of drought disasters,the vulnerability of disaster-pregnant environment,the vulnerability of disaster-affected body,and disaster prevention and mitigation according to meteorological,socio-economic and geographic information data from 6 counties in the eastern Qinghai province in China.Then,risk assessment and division of drought disaster in the eastern Qinghai province were accomplished through utilizing the analytical function of GIS spatial data.According to the findings,high risks of drought disaster in the eastern Qinghai province can be witnessed in the central and southern regions,whereas low risks are in the northeastern,western and northernwestern regions.
