特高堆石坝坝基混凝土单元工程优良率影响因素分析

摘要 为提高双江口水电站大坝坝基混凝土单元工程优良率,基于组合赋权理论,建立影响因素评价模型。根据模板局部变形、模板安装不牢、脱模剂不合格、仓面振捣时间不足、未按配合比拌料等16项末端因素,构建坝基混凝土浇筑质量评价体系,运用G1-熵权组合赋权法评估大坝坝基混凝土影响因素,并制定对策措施。计算结果表明:16项末端因素中模板局部变形、模板未除锈、仓面振捣时间不足是影响双江口水电站大坝坝基混凝土单元工程优良率的主要因素。该方法在双江口水电站大坝坝基混凝土浇筑过程中得到较好的应用,可为后续类似工程提供借鉴。 In order to improve the excellent and good rate of dam foundation concrete units of Shuangjiangkou Hy⁃dropower Station,we established the influence factors evaluation model by combination weighting theory.By con⁃firmed 16 influencing factors,such as local deformation of formwork,un-firmly installed formwork,unqualified re⁃lease agent,insufficient warehouse surface vibration time,misproportion mixture,we constructed the quality evalu⁃ation system of dam foundation concrete pouring,evaluated the influencing factors of dam foundation concrete by G1-entropy weight combination weighting method and proposed some countermeasures.The result showed that:among the 16 end factors,local deformation of formwork,without removal of formwork rust and the insufficient ware⁃house surface vibration time were the main factors affecting the excellent and good rate of the dam foundation con⁃crete units of Shuangjiangkou hydropower station.This method has been well applied in the pouring process of dam foundation concrete of Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station,and can provide reference for subsequent similar proj⁃ects.
