摘要
随着国家对环保要求的不断提高,块石料和水泥的用量逐步受到限制,亟需探索兼具工程安全性和生态环保性的护坡新材料。通过多年来河道整治工程的实践探索,提出将聚氨酯碎石材料应用于岸坡防护工程,并重点阐述了聚氨酯碎石护坡的工艺流程、相关参数及材料要求,研究了护坡材料的抗风浪侵蚀、抗水流冲刷、抗紫外老化、抗酸碱腐蚀、抗冻融以及生态环保方面的性能。通过长江、河口、海岸3个典型工程实例论证了该护坡材料的防护性能和生态效果,以期研究成果能在护岸工程中进行推广应用。
With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,the using amount of block stone and cement is gradually restricted.It is urgent to explore new slope protection materials that have performanc⁃es of safety and ecology.Through practice and exploration of river improvement projects,it was proposed to apply porous polyurethane mixture in bank slope protection projects.In this paper,we introduced the technological pro⁃cess,related parameters and material requirements of porous polyurethane mixture slope protection.Also,we ana⁃lyzed the anti-wave erosion and scouring,anti-ultraviolet aging,corrosion resistance,freezing-thawing resistance and ecological environmental protection of slope protection material.The protection performance and ecological ef⁃fect of the slope protection material were demonstrated through three typical engineering examples of Yangtze Riv⁃er,estuary and coast.It is expected to be popularized and applied in bank protection engineering.
