摘要
长距离引水工程是解决水资源时空分布不均、提高水资源利用效率、发展国民经济的重要措施。通过研究甘肃省武威市国际陆港供水工程,运用层次分析法、指数分析法,通过定量计算与定性分析,建立了综合评价模型。结果表明:综合评价模型可以科学地反映武威市国际陆港供水工程建设实施所产生的影响,有利于相关部门采取预防措施,使项目规划和相关设计更加完善。
Long distance water diversion project is an important measure to deal with uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resource,improve the utilization efficiency of water resources and develop the national econo⁃my.We studied water supply project for international land port in Wuwei City,Gansu Province and established comprehensive evaluation system by Analytic hierarchy process and Index analysis through quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis.The evaluation result showed that the comprehensive evaluation system could reflect all im⁃pacts produced by the project implementation.Therefore,relevant departments can take measures to prevent the possible adverse effects,and improve the project planning and related design to make it more perfect.
