摘要
通过考察分析硅烷改性聚醚(MS树脂)、催化剂、白炭黑和碳酸钙对低模量双组分MS密封胶性能的影响,优化了其基础配方。试验表明,以SAX510树脂、二月桂酸二丁基锡(D-80)、P150纳米碳酸钙复配1250目重钙(7:3),加入2%沉淀白炭黑,可制得低模量(0.29 MPa)、高弹性恢复率(91%)、表干时间适中、触变性良好和挤出性优良的双组分MS密封胶,符合装配式建筑对密封胶的性能要求。
The effects of silane modified polyether(MS resin),catalyst,silica and calcium carbonate on the properties of low modulus two-component MS sealant are investigated and analyzed,and its basic formula is optimized.The test shows that a two-component MS sealant with low modulus(0.29 MPa),high elastic recovery(91%),moderate surface drying time,good thixotropy and extrusion performance can be prepared by compounding of SAX510 resin,dibutyltin dilaurate(D-80),and P150 nano-calcium carbonate with 1250 mesh heavy calcium(7:3),and adding 2%precipitated silica.The product meets the performance requirements of sealant for prefabricated buildings.
