摘要
反应型复合止水带基于胶粘密封及防排结合的止水机理,从阻断渗水通道角度出发,对止水带结构进行了优化。具体做法是在止水功能区上设置一种改性压敏胶作为反应层,通过反应层将止水带基材与混凝土间的渗水通道密封,形成胶粘密封带阻断渗水通道,达到止水目的。本文详细介绍了反应型复合止水带的结构设计以及剪切强度、防窜水性的检测方法。
Based on waterproofing mechanism of adhesive sealing and combination of waterproofing and drainage,the structure of reactive composite water stop is optimized from the perspective of blocking water seepage channel.The specific method is to set a modified pressure-sensitive adhesive on the water stop functional area as the reaction layer,and it will form an adhesive sealing belt to seal the water seepage channel between the base material of the water stop and the concrete,so as to achieve the purpose of water stop.In this article,the structural design of reactive composite water stop and the detection methods of shear strength and water channeling resistance are introduced in detail.
