颈部淋巴结疾病影像组学进展

Progress of radiomics in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical lymph node diseases

颈部淋巴结丰富,周围解剖结构复杂,相关疾病涉及肿瘤、感染、免疫、转移等多种异常情况。传统影像学明显依赖人肉眼识别能力和个人经验,信息维度受限,存在很多淋巴结疾病诊疗难点。影像组学通过靶区识别,从传统影像中提取大量与细胞生物学相关的特征,通过模型构建和评价,可以对疾病进行更客观和更全面的鉴别诊断、预测和疗效跟踪等,突破了传统影像学能力限制。文章旨在综述近年来颈部淋巴结相关影像组学发展状况和问题,并试图分析未来影像组学在颈部淋巴结诊疗的发展方向。

Cervical lymph nodes are abundant and the surrounding anatomical structure is complex.The related diseases involve tumor,infection,immunity,metastasis and other abnormalities.Traditional imaging obviously relies on manual recognition ability and personal experience,which is limited and there are many difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment of lymph node disease.Radiomics can extract a large number of features related to cell biology from traditional images by target recognition and can make more objective and comprehensive diagnosis,prediction and curative effect tracking for diseases by model construction and evaluation,breaking through the limitation of traditional imaging ability.This review focuses on the status,problems and future development of cervical lymph node related radiomics in recent years.
